Between 2012 and 2014 we worked with over 20 young employees to provide them with exceptional training and development opportunities in various challenging roles. Our tailor-made system enabled them to receive enhanced training through collaboration on our online training platform and software-verified hands-on practices. With support and coaching from our directors and senior developers, these employees now far outperform their competitors.
Geeks won the Queen’s Awards 2014 for Enterprise in Innovation.
This accolade was in recognition of Geeks developing two software innovations which increase the productivity of software analysts, designers and developers. The first, Visual Spec, an interactive prototyping tool that solves a key problem of the software industry in relation to requirements ambiguity; and second, a programming language called M-Sharp, which increases the productivity of developers by up to four times.
